This is one of those times when you wonder if life across the pond might be a little more magical. Seriously, have you ever seen such an amazing rocking chair?! The Royal Bird Rocking Chair is a whimsical part of the Crème anglaise collection by talented French furniture maker Jocelyn Costis. This chair is handmade to order with recycled wood pallets. All little ones love to have their own rockers, and this one’s unique tweet appeal is sure to add charm to any child’s bedroom or playroom setting. This beautiful chair is delivered ready to use and comes in one child-friendly size only (H70 x L63 x D30 cm). Although sold by UK based BODIE and FOU, they do ship around the world. We think this one-of-a-kind chair just might be worth offsetting some emissions.

We love playful storage solutions for kids so when we stumbled upon this duck-shaped toy box, called Quackie, we were over the moon! With several spots to stow and stack toys, and a clever duck design, kids will be happy to help fill it with their books and toys. Dreamed up by the folks at e-glue, Quackie is not yet in production though. We’re crossing our fingers that an eco-friendly company will manufacture it from sustainable materials. No matter how much we like to think we limit the amount of toys we let our kids have, they still seem to pile up and get out of control, so bring on more cute and eco organizing products!

About 330 ducduc fixed-side cribs have been voluntarily recalled by the CPSC in conjunction with ducduc. While no injuries have yet been reported, ducduc has received reports of separated rails. If the bottom rails on the crib sides separate from the sides when the mattress is in the lowest position, it may cause the spindles to separate and the mattress to drop.
