Honestly, I don’t get the whole Peeps deal. Fake colors, icky taste and too much packaging. So, yeah, you can probally tell that I’m not a Peeps fan. Still, even if you (or your tots) are a die-hard fan for those tiny sugary little birds, these Spring Marshmallow Birds by Have It Sweet are sure to delight you much more. Perfect for your child’s Easter basket, each of these sweet birds is made by hand in small batches to order. They are cooked, hand-poured, hand cut, and hand wrapped, made with zero corn syrup and naturally colored sugars in a licensed/commercial kitchen.
Each order comes with two little Spring Birds and you can choose one color per order (Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple or White). The birds are packaged in a cute little box, labeled and tied up sweetly. Important!: If you’re trying to time your purchase for Easter 2012 (April 8), note that these birds need to be ordered early. For example, if you order now they will begin shipping in mid to late February. The holiday season is very busy at Have It Sweet, especially since their treats are hand-made and labor intensive. This means you need to mark your calendar so you remember to order in early to mid March. You can place pre-orders if you like.
